Isabel Zuluaga serves as the financial and administrative advisor for ASDF.
Isabel has an accumulated work experience of over 15 years working in the private and public sector. For 10 years she worked on development projects at the Technical Cooperation Section of the Executive Secretariat for Integral Development of the Organization of American States. Prior to this, she worked in the private sector as a manager and supervisor at several wholesale and major retail stores.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the Universidad Autonoma de Manizales, Colombia, and a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the George Mason University in Virginia, USA.
Isabel is committed to increasing ASDF’s capacity and ability to continue to assist communities achieving sustainable development.
